Culinary Delights invites you to be a chef for a day with Reza. FULLY BOOKED
Venue: Homefield, 4 Fieldgate, Sutton, Ely, CB6 2NT
Date: Saturday 21st Novemeber 2009.
Time: Approximately 10 – 4
You do not need to bring anything! Culinary Delights provides everything. Come and create some wonderful dishes such as, Baked Aubergines, Koftas, Spinach Raita, Lemon and Ginger Rice, Mango Brulee.
Final Menu to be agreed.
At the end of the session sit down and enjoy the endeavours of the day along with Reza in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Take home memories of a fantastic day shared with like minded people along with all recipes bound in booklet form.

Reza is determined to get you all into the kitchen, teaching real Indian cuisine. He takes away the mystery of Indian cookery, bringing it into a more trendy, fashionable territory.
Reza draws from his rules in his cookery book Rice, Spice and all Things Nice, but also demonstrates the ease with which his recipes can be accomplished. Reza’s inimitable style pervades encouraging his students with style, flair and a naughty sense of humour.
Reza exudes confidence and even the most unpractised of cooks are inspired and encouraged to benefit from the exciting array of spices and foods.
His recent workshop experience includes trips to South Africa with BBC Worldwide alongside Ainsley Harriot.
Reza is available for corporate workshops as well as personal demonstrations in your home.
